Brent started working in kitchens at 15, before a career in food, hospitality and corporate leadership. Food has been the thread running through it all.
Today, home is our catamaran, Culina II. Travelling gives us time to explore local markets, share meals ashore and discover the everyday dishes that mean something to the people who make them.
Culina brings that curiosity back to the kitchen. It’s a place for recipes, the stories behind them and the people who keep them alive.
