Smokey Joes Rubs, make this dish quick, easy and cost effective !!

What better way to warm up in winter than a nice chicken curry, using Smokey Joe’s Bombay Bites it’s a breeze – I’ve done all the work by grinding and blending the perfect balance of spices, so you can whip up this flavour packed curry in just 45 minutes.

Chicken thighs work best, but I’ve used leftover roast chook from the supermarket or even veg when needed. This recipe is super flexible.

The Secret Ingredient

My Bombay spice mix is a blend of key Indian spices that gives you the ability to create curries with that big blast of flavour, or use in many otherways such as a spicy nut mix, see the recipe section for more ideas

This is about easy as it can be, no measuring a mix of spices every time you make a curry, with  a heat rating of 4/10.

Also great as a spice rub on chicken, pork, kebabs, in salads and much more.
